We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and were impressed by its beautiful design and Christmas decorations. Room: We stayed in two suites, both of which were comfortable and spacious. The rooms were very clean and cozy, with a pleasant temperature and a great view from the windows and balcony. Location: The hotel is located right near the Duomo, making it easy to get everywhere on foot or by Metro if needed. There are also some great restaurants, about a 20-minute walk from the hotel, that are not crowded with tourists. Breakfast: Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of food, making it enjoyable both for connoisseurs and for picky eaters. There are buffet options and also ordering options, along with a beautiful Christmas corner featuring traditional holiday treats and decorations. Service: Everyone was friendly and eager to help. The service was prompt and excellent. Overall impressions: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan. It was a wonderful experience and definitely worth the price.

Central location near to all services and the historical centre of Milan. The staff was exceptionally helpful. My daughter has a walking impairement and everyone did their best to make her stay comfortable. We received a large room with an enormous terrace with wonderful views. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, whether they were at the reception desk, or at the breakfast room, at the restaurant or at the bar. They made us feel really well looked after and they were always smiling, no matter the time of the day. The hotel itself is very well located, central and easy to reach. The rooms were very clean and spacious - we were extremely lucky to be upgraded to a Suite thanks to a wonderful staff who noted it was my 70's birthday. Breakfast was excellent and the whole NH Collection Experience has been incredible throughout our stay. If you are staying in Milan, I strongly recommend you choose this hotel!

It is my second time in this hotel and there will be more. And the good thing for people who is driving there is a basement that connected to the hotel and also you can enter the hotel from the basement but it is not for the hotel and it costs you 50€ ( not cheap ) but helpful. The center is just 5 min walk too close from the hotel . I really enjoyed my breakfast in the hotel ( area , staff , food organized, cleanliness, quality) it was just perfect for me .

My boyfriend and I loved our stay. We were able to check in early at 11am, free of charge, and even received a complimentary room upgrade. As it was my boyfriend’s birthday, they surprised us with a free drink, which was a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout, and the breakfast was delicious. On our final night, we were even left chocolates in the room. The location is also perfect - just a 5-minute walk from the Duomo.

I was impressed by its fantastic location in Milan. The hotel is conveniently situated near the Duomo and Galleria However, during my stay, I encountered an unfortunate incident with the room service where some of my belongings went missing even when I had my stuff well packed into the cupboard and safe far away from being seen.

Great breakfasts. Wonderful choice of food. Mummy was very happy with the cleanliness of the rooms. Nice room. Unique and awesome location, all major attractions within walking distance. Clean and neat plumbing, quality hygiene products. Overall, the hotel lives up to a solid 5 star rating. If we come to Milan again, we will definitely stay here.
